Use this form if you appear in content without your consent, or if you are the legal representative of the person in the content.

This form does not require membership. You do not need an account or a sign-in.

Your request enters a priority queue and is resolved within 24 hours at the latest. The outcome is sent to you by email.

When a request is received, the content is taken out of public access until the review is complete.
